"Not as scary as I thought it would be"
I don’t know, I really wanted this to hit harder. There were a few moments that genuinely got to me, and I felt tense here and there, but overall it just didn’t leave the mark I expected. It was fine, but I kept waiting for it to really freak me out and it never fully did

I went with a few friends, thinking back on it, the actors were what made the whole night so much fun. They stayed in character the entire time and definitely got us more than once. I still remember one guy crawling out and scaring me so bad lol. Overall, it was a really solid night, and I’d go again.

The place itself was alright, but the staff didn’t make us feel very welcome. Every time we asked a question, it felt like they were annoyed or bothered by us, which was disappointing. It kind of took the excitement out of the visit and left us feeling uneasy.

"Honestly better quality than I figured it’d be"
I ordered a costume from thirteenthfloor.us and, based on how a lot of costumes usually feel, I kind of assumed it might be thin or scratchy. But it actually surprised me. The fabric felt decent, the stitching held up the whole night, and it didn’t have that cheap costume feel I was expecting.
The fit was pretty much what I figured from the size info too. I noticed a couple of tiny loose threads, but nothing that really mattered. It looked really good in photos, and assuming the quality is usually like this, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Same crowd control problems again"
I went in it felt way too packed. The lines were bunched up all over the place, and the staff seemed just as confused as everyone else. It’s frustrating because this feels like the same issue happening again, and it gets old fast

I went to thirteenthfloor.us and the parking was fine, I guess, but not exactly smooth. I did find a spot eventually, but I had to circle around a bit and the signs weren’t super clear. Parking at places like this is basically never easy, especially if you show up close to the start time. Not terrible, just something that could definitely be better

"Such a fun night out"
I had a really good time. It was way more fun than I expected, and the scares actually got me a few times. The whole place had a cool vibe, and it felt like a solid way to spend the night. I’d definitely say it was worth going.

I went with a few friends the atmosphere was probably the best part. It had that creepy-but-fun feeling without being too over the top, you know? The staff stayed in character really well too, which made it even better. A couple areas did feel kind of crowded and we had to wait a little, but once we got inside, it felt worth it. I’d definitely go again.

"VIP pass was actually worth it, I think?"
We got the VIP pass for Thirteenth Floor, i’m still a little confused about how the whole timing thing worked, but I’m glad we did it.

When we showed up, the regular line looked long, and I was kind of wondering if we had messed up by spending extra. But then we skipped most of the wait and still got to go through the full haunt without feeling rushed, so that part was great.
It definitely cost more, which made me second-guess it at first, but on a busy night it ended up being worth it. If waiting around annoys you like it does me, I’d probably get the VIP pass again.

"Refund showed up at the worst time"
Canceling wasn’t too difficult, but the refund took longer than I expected. It finally came through, but the timing was frustrating because I really could’ve used the money sooner.

The place was REALLY clean. Even the bathrooms were in good shape, which I always notice. It just felt like they actually cared and kept things taken care of.

Using the site was such a pain. The menus kept getting stuck, and a bunch of the clickable stuff just wouldn’t load when I tried to use it. I had to refresh multiple times just to get around, which was ridiculous. Definitely not a smooth experience.

booking was easy, but changing my reservation wasn’t as flexible as I was hoping. i was able to move it, but the choices were kind of limited, so I had to keep checking back a few times. not the worst experience, just a bit annoying when my plans changed last minute.

I kind of figured the lights were going to be awesome, and they pretty much confirmed that for me. They looked really cool in person, maybe a little intense at times, but in a good way.

"Way cooler inside than I expected"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the sets, so maybe that’s why I was so impressed, but they were actually really cool. Some of the rooms had a ton of creepy little details, and the lighting made everything feel way more intense. There were a couple areas that felt a little empty, but i didn’t mind too much because the better rooms made up for it. Overall, I had fun and I’d say it looked surprisingly well done.
